Recently, we successfully and efficiently completed the inspection of a one-million-dollar substation project in Uganda by utilizing video inspection technology across the time zone barrier. This is not only strong proof of our product quality but also an important breakthrough in the field of international technical exchange.
We have adopted an innovative strategy for optimizing workflow and reducing operating costs through video inspection. During the compact three-day inspection process, our engineering team in China and engineers in Uganda realized a cross-border technical feast through the video conference platform.
On the first day, our team of engineers scrutinized the appearance and quality of the products in great detail. Through a high-definition video, we showed our Ugandan colleagues how to inspect every corner of the products accurately to ensure that all standards meet expectations. This kind of remote inspection has greatly improved our work efficiency.
The following day, the experimental session became the focus. Our engineers operated the lead-acid battery experiments on-site in China and provided detailed answers and guidance to the Ugandan engineers via real-time video, teaching them how to conduct the lithium battery testing equipment performance test accurately. This real-time remote teaching ensured the experiments’ accuracy and significantly strengthened the Ugandan team’s hands-on technical skills.

On the third day, we had an even more challenging session-SF6 gas recovery unit experiments and micro-water and leakage point testing of SF6 gas. Our engineers demonstrated each step in detail in a video, ensuring that the Ugandan engineers grasped the essentials of the operation accurately. This efficient and collaborative approach won the customer’s favorable comments.
