RDZG DC hipot uses advanced PWM high – frequency pulse width modulation technology for closed – loop control. It has excellent voltage stability, a tiny ripple factor, and is equipped with a fast and reliable protection circuit. Its display screen adopts green – backlight and wide – temperature LCD technology, enabling data presentation in both strong – light and dark conditions. The high-voltage components use new filling material further to improve the stability and reliability of product performance. This DC hipot has a wide range of applications. It is vital in preventive tests in power generation and supply departments, power transmission and transformation engineering companies, large factories, and mining enterprises. It is also ideal for scientific research institutes as a DC hipot stabilized power supply.

 

CHARACTERISTIC

 

  • 1. It adopts high – frequency PWM pulse width modulation technology to achieve closed – loop control, featuring excellent voltage stability and an extremely low ripple coefficient. It is also equipped with a fast and reliable protection circuit that can withstand the direct discharge of large-capacitance test samples to the ground. At the same time, the equipment is compact in design and lightweight, making it easy to carry and use outdoors.

The voltage regulation adopts full-scale linear, smooth control, with an adjustment accuracy higher than 0.1%, a voltage measurement accuracy of 0.5%, and a resolution of 0.1kV; the current measurement accuracy is also 0.5%. Regarding resolution, the control box can be accurate to 1µA, and the anti-shock ammeter can be as low as 0.1µA.
  • 3. The DC hi-pot is powered by a standard power supply of AC220V±10%, 50Hz±1%, with a ripple coefficient of less than 0.5%, ensuring stable operation in an all-weather working environment.
  • 4. The DC hipot adopts complete solid packaging to avoid the use restrictions of traditional air-type and oil-filled equipment. Its broad, stable base and smooth outer cylinder design improve placement stability and simplify maintenance.
  • 5. Equipped with a 75% MOA voltage conversion button, it simplifies the arrester test operation process, making it convenient and fast.
