  • The RDJL-602 three-phase calibrate energy meter is an on-site inspection tool specifically created for the verification and troubleshooting of high-voltage power grid metering devices. Its design incorporates high-precision internal transformers and clamp-type transformers for sampling, enabling operators to swiftly, safely, and dependably measure meter recording errors and wiring issues. This device serves as a reliable source for power system inspectors to detect electricity theft, and leaks, and pinpoint metering equipment faults, ensuring accurate measurement and recovery of electricity.
  • In terms of technology, the calibrate energy meter is equipped with a state-of-the-art ARM processor, boasting a 168m main frequency and 128M memory, with the option to expand its memory with a 4G memory card. The LCD features a 7-inch high-definition color touchscreen, paired with an EMWIN display interface, which guarantees a user-friendly and straightforward operation. The absence of a keyboard is compensated by the full touch screen functionality, allowing for effortless interaction with the device. Furthermore, the instrument seamlessly connects its file system with a computer, enhancing its convenience and versatility.

 

 

CHARACTERISTIC

 

  • 1. This calibrate energy meter offers fundamental error calibration for field sheets, three-phase energy meters, and power acquisition terminals.
  • 2. It detects measurement errors without power interruptions or alterations to the metering circuit’s wiring, allowing for judgments on the functionality of the measurement device.
  • 3. Capable of measuring voltage, current, power, phase angle, power factor, frequency, and other electrical parameters to precisely assess and identify faults in the measurement device circuit.
  • 4. It visualizes the vector diagrams of three-phase voltage and current, enabling direct verification of wiring errors in the measurement device.
  • 5. Utilizing a clamp-type transformer for current loop measurement, operators can conduct current measurements swiftly, simply, and safely without having to open the current loop.
  • 6. The comprehensive error of the reactive energy meter can be identified without the need for wiring changes.
  • 7. The instrument is equipped with waveform display and harmonic analysis capabilities, capable of showing voltage and current waveforms either simultaneously or separately, and can analyze harmonic content and values from the 1st to the 32nd order, generating histograms.
  • 8. The instrument incorporates an EMWIN operating system, supports full spelling Chinese character input, and features a 7-inch true color LCD display with full touch and keyboard operation, ensuring a user-friendly and straightforward interface that can present multiple electrical parameters on a single screen.
  • 9. The instrument supports DBF database management and query functions, USB disk export, Excel spreadsheet compatibility, and operates without the need for background software, enhancing user convenience and efficiency.
