Product Features
1. The required power capacity is greatly reduced. The system uses resonance between the reactor and the test object capacitance to generate high voltage, so the power supply only provides active power loss. The required power is only about 1/Q of the test capacity.
2. The size and weight of the equipment are significantly reduced. The system eliminates large power frequency transformers and high-power voltage regulators, making the equipment much smaller and lighter than traditional test systems (about 1/10 to 1/30 of conventional equipment).
3. Provides a high-quality sine wave output. The resonance circuit works as a filter to reduce waveform distortion and prevent false breakdown caused by harmonic peaks.
4. Effectively protects the test object from damage. When insulation failure occurs, the system quickly reduces the current to prevent large short-circuit current from burning the fault point.
5. No recovery overvoltage after breakdown. When the test object fails, the resonance condition disappears immediately, the high voltage drops quickly, and the arc is extinguished safely without generating dangerous recovery voltage.
6. Equipped with multiple protection functions, including overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, zero-start protection, and detuning/flashover protection. Protection values can be adjusted according to user requirements.
7. Lightweight and portable design, suitable for on-site high voltage testing applications.
8. Provides three operation modes for flexible testing: automatic mode, manual mode, and automatic tuning with manual voltage boosting mode.
9. Supports remote data storage and printing. Test records are stored digitally for easy searching and analysis.
10. Automatic frequency scanning allows users to set the start frequency and scanning direction. The resonance curve is displayed on the LCD screen for easy identification of the resonance point.
11. Uses advanced DSP platform technology, allowing easy function upgrades and improved human-machine interface design.
