Shipping and Order Arrangements

If you have any orders, shipments, or delivery plans that need to be arranged soon, please get in touch with the Wrindu team in advance.

For customers who need their equipment shipped before the upcoming National Day holiday, we recommend contacting us as early as possible. Our team will try to arrange the necessary work and complete the shipment before the holiday whenever possible. This can help your equipment leave our facility earlier and reduce unnecessary waiting time.

If a shipment cannot be arranged before the National Day holiday, the order may have to wait until the holiday period ends before shipment and other related arrangements can continue.

For urgent orders or time-sensitive delivery requirements, please contact the Wrindu team ahead of time so that we can check the schedule and make suitable arrangements.

Wrindu will return to normal working hours on September 28, 2026, after the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday.
