OVERVIEW
The RDZR-350X Transformer DC Resistance Tester is designed for precise DC resistance measurement of large power transformers. It supports three-phase testing and integrates magnetic-assisted measurement and automatic demagnetization. Equipped with a high-resolution color touchscreen and rotary control, it ensures fast, accurate, and user-friendly operation. All tests can be completed in a single connection, making it well suited for transformer manufacturing, installation, commissioning, handover, and preventive maintenance.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. The instrument supports three-phase measurement for Yn, Y, and △ windings and can automatically calculate the three-phase unbalance rate.
2. Powerful testing capability: with a maximum output current of 50A and a measurement range of 0–25 kΩ, it meets most transformer testing requirements and integrates magnetic-assisted measurement and demagnetization functions to suit various on-site conditions.
3. Data stability assistance: during testing, the instrument automatically calculates the resistance change rate over 5 s, 15 s, and 30 s, helping users judge data stability and avoid reading errors.
4. Comprehensive safety protection: includes 380V misconnection protection, back EMF protection, open-circuit protection, and power-off protection, along with an alarm for ungrounded grounding wires to enhance operational safety.
5. Convenient data storage and output: equipped with a thermal printer, it can store up to 200 sets of data internally and supports large-capacity USB storage for easy data saving and review.
6. User-friendly interface: features an industrial-grade 7-inch true-color display with a clean and intuitive layout, combined with full touch and rotary knob operation for smooth and comfortable use.
