OVERVIEW
The Wrindu ZYD series Double-stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration System, distinguished by its unique T-shape Horizontal Vacuum Chamber, sets itself apart from other transformer oil filtration plants. This design enhances dissipation efficiency, separating the dissipation storage tank and oil tank, ultimately extending the machine’s lifespan.
Specifically crafted for both used and new transformer oil, the ZYD Series Double-stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration System efficiently eliminates trace water, free water, soluble water, dissolved gases, contaminants, and tiny particles. It addresses hazardous elements such as acetylene, hydrogen, and methane, improving the flash point, acidity, interfacial tension, and dielectric strength of the insulating oil.
Ideal for various insulation oils, particularly effective in purifying transformer oil in UHV power transmission and distribution projects exceeding 110KV. It’s also suitable for cleaning capacitor oil, common inductor oil, switch oil, and wire oil. The ZYD Series Double-stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration System stands as a versatile solution for enhancing the performance and longevity of transformer oils in diverse applications.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
Upon initiation and reaching the set vacuum level, the used oil is drawn into the pre-filter due to pressure differentials. This pre-filter efficiently eliminates large-sized impurities and particles. The oil, now containing only small fragments, undergoes heating by the heating systems.
Subsequently, the heated oil enters the vacuum separator chamber, utilizing vacuum pressure and degassing systems.
The moisture content in the oil, swiftly vaporized and separated, is either released through the vacuum system or condensed into liquid water in the water receiver. Simultaneously, degasification is completed. The oil is then pumped into fine filter 2 for further particle removal, followed by fine filter 1, which eliminates tiny pollutants thoroughly. Ultimately, the purified oil exits through the oil outlet. This process ensures the extraction of impurities, moisture, and particles, delivering clean and rejuvenated oil.Company Profile.
