WORK PRINCIPLE

 

The oil is injected into the main filter via the oil inlet valve when the purifier starts. It removes large impurities, and the oil, containing fragments, is heated and directed into the vacuum cleaner tank. Operating under reduced pressure, vapor swiftly separates from the oil, condensing into water or being extracted by the vacuum system. The water-free oil then goes through the secondary filter and a precision pump, eliminating all contaminants for a purified result.

Advanced Dehydration (Degas) System

 

Utilizing Duplex 3D stereo-evaporation technology, our system boasts three times the evaporation area of regular methods. This innovation ensures efficient dehydration and degassing.

 

Additionally, we introduce the UK G technology from Japan, eliminating trace water and dissolved water to significantly enhance breakdown voltage and anti-pressure values, ensuring optimal performance in high-level transformers.

 

Innovative Filtering System

 

Our filtering system, integrating dual FH trapezoidal connections with H.P.M high-molecule polymer material absorption, uniquely removes various pollutants and particles. Featuring a backflush function, it cleans filters automatically, enhancing filtering efficiency and extending filter lifespan.

 

A: First-stage Filter

Constructed from stainless steel, this filter uses Double FH trapezoidal network technology, removing particles and contaminants down to 80 microns.

 

B: Second-stage Filter

Made of stainless steel, this filter employs Double FH trapezoidal network technology, eliminating particles and contaminants down to 20 microns.

 

C: Fine Filter

Crafted from high-polymer materials imported from Germany, this filter achieves complete demulsification, separating water from waste oil and removing particles down to 5 microns.

 

Electric Apparatus Controlling System & German 3UG3 Relay

Carbon Fiber Infrared Oil Heating System

 

Heating through a carbon fiber infrared heater, the most advanced technology ensures even and controllable oil heating. Rapid heat delivery (within 3 seconds) and over 98% efficiency in converting electricity to heat is achieved.

 

The Oil Heater System maintains a level below 1.1 w/cm², preventing oil degradation during heating. Temperature is adjustable (0-100 ℃), with manual or automatic control. The heater stops automatically at a set temperature, ensuring safety. The material’s high-temperature oxidation resistance allows for over 10 years of use.

 

Double Infrared Fluid Level Auto-Control System

 

Replacing manual oil-level control and float valves, this system automatically controls oil levels, preventing leakage and enabling continuous operation for 150 hours without supervision. It innovatively eliminates foam, preventing oil ejection and spraying.

Cooler, Dielectric Condensation System

 

This system comprises a cooler, condenser, and water receiver.

 

Vapors and gases, evaporated from the vacuum separator, undergo temperature reduction and moisture removal in the dielectric condenser.

 

The condensed water is discharged, ensuring dry gas is released into the air.

 

This system protects the air pump, providing efficient and reliable operation.
